First install the softwares on u PC
1.Xampp(google for Xampp install and access)
2.myHotspot(google to get the software)

1.develop the web application using drupal,wordpress etc.


go to httpd.conf file or in XAMPP Control Panel->click on Config
A window opens Configuration of control panel
click on  Service and Port Setting->select Apache -> use the port say 8889 in main port and ssl as 4334
save the configuration
(to check weather the port is free use ctrl+r -> run ->netstat -a)
or

go to httpd.conf search for port 80 and 443 replace it with 8889 and 4334

2. a.download and install myHotspot fill the host name,pw,internet source amx client. click start Hotspot
    b. go to    Control Panel->All Control Panel Items->Network and Sharing Center->u_r_Hotspot_name-
        >properties->IPV4-> use/change the ip address(Ex:192.168.10.1) save it
          turn off and on the hot spot.
    c.on wifi in mobile ->open a browser->hit the above ip and it works..
